Why I Became a Pet Sitter

Hi, my name is Ellen, and I've been living in the Colorado foothills with my husband and a variety of pets for over 20 years.

Pet sitting has always been a passion of mine. Since I was young I’ve always loved animals — both learning about and taking care of them. I began Pawsome Pet Care to have the opportunity to share my love of animals with my clients and pet owners. I hope I get the chance to meet you and your special pets soon.

My experience comes from working with cats and dogs at a veterinary office/boarding kennel, leading dog day camp sessions, and volunteering time with animals. I understand that each pet is an individual, and I can best keep them happy by working with the families to understand their wants and needs!

With this service, I hope to allow families to travel and go about their busy lives having peace of mind knowing that Pawsome Pet Care is treating your pets like royalty!
